Solved Copilot Not Available on HP 15" Laptop

Contrary to a post saying Copilot is available to general public, I cannot get it on my HP 15" laptop.

I have tried everything available. The one thing I have found is that KB 5030310 is seemingly not installed on the computer. And, there are no new updates for that KB to be installed. I've looked at all my Update History and cannot find KB5030310!

I don't know, but that may be the key to why it doesn't show up?

I got to the download page of KB5020310, but it's for 22H2. So, I'm wondering what will happen if I install this since I just updated from regular 23H2 to Beta 23H2 version 22635.3061.

Possibly nothing will happen. Wouldn’t Windows correct itself if it was missing something. I’d know you to do backups. Backup, try it, undo if need be?

Hmmm, guess I could, since I just installed the Beta. Lemme try that and see what happens.

Worst case, I might have to do a clean install of the Beta?

I've only updated a few times, plus the Beta today . . . Sigh . . .

Wynona, did you not give the Vivetool method a go? With the help of that link to the help post that Ghot posted?

I'm thinking the best thing to do is to just go for a clean install. Doesn't seem to be anything out there that will work for me.

BTW, how in the Sam Hill can you open an elevated command prompt in a folder!?
