Hi everyone! hope someone can help me
As you can see from the picture, my Desktop icon keeps disappearing from quick access menu; it's in C:\Users\Asus location and from there i 'right click' on the Desktop icon and tap "Add to quick Access" and it works, but then next time i turn my pc on it's not there! In the same location i have Download, Documents, Images, Music, Videos but they never disappear, its only Desktop!

Hello, @Isfan and welcome to the Eleven Forum (11F for short).

Is your login (name) to the machine also 'Asus'? I can get the one from my personal login (\Users\{mylogindirectory}\) to stay, but if that is not your actual login, it may be a permissions issue.

Hello Isfan, and welcome. :alien:

You could see if clearing and resetting Quick Access folders like in the tutorial below may restore it. Usually, all the default folders get restored back after a reset.

I did how it explained in the link you sent and it seems like it worked! for a few days now the desktop did not disappear from the quick access!
Thank you so much
