Outlook email font between phone and laptop are different. The phone is set to Samsung Default (Google Roboto?) and the Windows laptop Outlook was set to Calibri 11. However, I like sans serif so the g is printed not cursive, that is how is it with Samsung Default on my phone. I searched for a similar font in my Outlook email settings and found Segoe UI matches the best. I see there is the newer Segoe UI Variable but there are 3 types and not sure if one is better than the other and what size font is best for email. No matter the font, the phone will use the Samsung Default but I would like the email on the laptop to be a similar font as the phone.

It depends if you want the fonts to "look the same" or if you want email-safe fonts that will render correctly on the widest range devices and and applications to the people you are sending your emails to.
Most email apps default to a sans serif font that render correctly on all devices but also tend to read better for elderly people or people with poor eyesight. Roboto is a san-serif font as is Ariel.

This article explains it and gives a list of the best fonts to use that are email-friendly.

Basically wanting the Outlook font on my laptop to be the same as the font as the Outlook on my phone. I decided on Arial 10 on my laptop as it is most similar and it is a common font. I also use Arial 10 for word and excel. Suffer OCD and need consistency. LOL. I don't like the new Aptos.
