Solved Folder view I would like

When I open File Explorer, I get a window pane with no folders, see second image. I would like it to show what is in the first image, when I click on File Explorer. Now, it just shows the small "Home" at the top left. I have to click on the arrow next to Home, to bring up the folder view I want.

Well, I just had Windows Folder View do a restore to default and got pretty much what I want. All the reg hacks didn't work for some reason.
