Solved Have this popup about 3 times now!

So, when I booted up this morning, (from shutdown) I got this popup from Windows and this has happened about
3 times in the last year and I don't know why. (see image)

I usually click on the 3 days and don't hear from it again. What in the world is this and how do I go about getting it to stop?
I don't have OneDrive installed and All of the Notifications are Off. I haven't installed the January updates yet. Could this be
a possibility? This happens as soon as the background appears and just after BIOS. It hasn't fully booted up yet.

Anyone have any idea as to what this is? This is just annoying.

Too late now. I Really don't want to screw up this install. It's the best I've had in two years of Windows 11.

I think it's when we first install the OS but, as I said, that's been since last June when I installed from MSI Recovery.

Well, that was easy. I downloaded the Reg files just in case it doesn't pan out with Notification fix.
I thought I had all the Notifications Off and the do not disturb On. Evidently not All of them.
How Devilish of MS to keep hiding everything away.
It didn't happen often but, still too often for my liking.
Thank you again @Ghot for the help. Now I know.

I have that on my W7 Ultimate Eurocom Scorpius but, didn't think I would be needing it on 10 and now 11.
I skipped 8 / 8.1. I do have TIW11 but, it is now EOL. In it's place is this one but, as you know, the tried and tested
ones are always the best. I'll give it a go on this one as well. Maybe give us your thoughts on this one:

It looks OK, but I've never tried it.
Winaero does just about everything I've ever needed.

I myself would not disable notifications that pop up 3 times a year. I view that as welcome opportunities for quickly reviewing my computing choices or reviewing my security/privacy settings or ... I get altogether maybe 1 pop up per month on the average, OK with me.

That's not really a notification.
It's leftover OOBE stuff, from the install.

It's a big fat ad from MS.

And, that's OK too. I do updates once a month (end of month) and make sure all apps are.
I Really hate popups. That said, we all have our own way of doing things and that's what makes
us individuals. It would be a boring world if we all think alike. Thanks for your thoughts.

Hopefully I won't have to find out. Seriously, I have a few tweaks that work well and don't
want to mess with it anymore than I have. Maybe too cautious in my old age but, age does
have it's advantages just not quite seeing what they are! You know what they say about trying
to fix something that ain't broke.

If you click Continue - it just takes you past that bit onto signing up with a Microsoft account (I think) - just doing the OOBE now so I'll let you know ..............

Basically, "Continue" is - ignore. "Remind me in 3 days" is - we're hoping you'll take up the offer (I think).

Sorry - it didn't come up on my OOBE so not sure what happens if you press continue but I seem to remember having that dilemma last time and hitting continue and nothing happened except it took you to a sign in for a microsoft account page. (I think), Anyway sounds sorted now.

I decided NOT to add it. It's in Winaero and the Leader Board is getting pretty big already.

I have had it once this year. I just continued on. I just assumed it was a result of one of the updates. It was a non event after clicking yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, possibly yes, not on your life, yes.
