How to custom acrylic brush override system default?

Follow the introduction by Microsoft, we can see acrylic have multiple changeable properties and a note say:
If you don't specify a TintLuminosityOpacity value, the system will automatically adjust its value based on your TintColor and TintOpacity.
Could we have a way to custom system default acrylic brush like modify some registry?
