How to make 11 silence music when a Teams call comes in (as 10 does)

Frequently I receive Microsoft Teams calls Or Zoom calls while music is playing from my browser with my headphones.
On my Windows 10 Machines, the music is completely silenced when the call and the Teams audio takes over for the duration of the call. when the call ends, the music becomes audible again.

But on my Windows 11 machine, it's different. While the teams call is ringing, the music is silenced. But as soon as I answer, I hear the music again, in mono now. It keeps playing in the background. Obviously Teams needs mono audio and switches the mode so I can talk and hear at the same time. But on Windows 10 the music would still be silenced. It's not on Windows 11.

So I have to go hunt down the browser window where it's playing to silence it.

Is there some setting I can change to make this happen? I searched through Teams and found nothing. I looked in the Windows 11 sound settings and am not seeing anything

I see this got moved to the "Apps and Software" forum and and that's cool. But I probably should have added that on Windows 10, the "silencing" behavior did not just happen on Teams. It worked on Zoom also. I just use Teams most of the time. So I suspect this is some sort of OS feature more than a Teams feature.
