Intel® UHD Graphics 770 Start Menu Transparency not working

I have i5-13600K with Intel® UHD Graphics 770 and Start Menu Transparency not working. Works fine with RTX 4080.

So transparency effects are turned on (I am assuming), therefore ensure graphics are up to date (and so is windows)

It's very possible that the UHD Graphics 770 do not support start menu transparency.

Some built in graphics do not support the full feature set that you would get from a discrete graphics card.
