i want to remove (turkish - turkish q ) at the rigt buttom.
how can i do ?

Go to settings -time & language - language & region and click on the three dots showing to the right of your main language - select language options in the dropdown and scroll down to keyboards and delete the Turkish keyboard.

That's for installing/uninstalling language. Your question was how to remove a keyboard layout. To remove a keyboard layout follow my previous post to get here,

You can add or remove keyboard layouts without having to install/uninstall any language packs.
