Microsoft changed the "Current release" info from 22H2 to 23H2 on 10/31, they should change it back until the actual 23H2 MCT release.

Although the site doesn't deliver Win 11 23h2 to build a USB drive it delivers Win 11 23h2 as an iso file.
You can create a USB Win 11 23h2 installation drive using two partitions on the USB.

I've already installed 23H2 on both an unsupported and supported machine, but for those still seeking to do so Microsoft should note that the MCT is still 22H2, while the ISO is 23H2.
