Solved MSI notice wont go away

I keep getting a page to sign from, MSI. I signed the notice and it still keeps coming back. So I deleted MSI totally and it still comes up.

In default software apps it is listed as MSI Center but its not there, I took it out. Ideas? I have done a reg clean.

Exactly how did you do this? Unless you used one of the uninstallers such as Revo, Iobit, or Advanced apps that are designed to scan for all files and obscure registry entries related to whatever you uninstall, chances are not everything was removed. It is evident in your case that something was left behind.

Bulk Crap Uninstaller - Remove large amounts of unwanted applications

...and see if you can find it on the list (shows even hidden apps). If so - uninstall it from there - will even remove all traces if you want.

I used Geek uninstall it always sweeps for remains and removes them. I stopped using Iobit years ago when there was a legal case against them from Malwarebytes. Apparently iobit stole their database. And, its chinese. I'll try Neves suggestion first

I tried Neves suggestion, it works great. It found some obscure MSI Center file in windows, so removed it and several peripheral files too. I rebooted twice - no notice. Then did a shut down, wait, start up. no notice.

3 days later notice gone!!

BCU is my go to when it comes to stuff like this (it's what end-up as a replacement for Revo Uninstaller - mainly because it proved to be more capable - but also free/open source). Tried multiple releases in past years and scanned each and everyone of them with VirusTotal (a combination of almost every popular/capable AV solution + couple of enterprise solutions and A.I. based - where the latter is also infamous due to false positives) - yet neither of those flagged it as infected (not even the ones who are known for false positives). Since it's open source - the code is also available/checked by the community. As you can see - it can even display embed Windows apps & features - which most of the similar tools can't find (tho, you can chose to hide Microsoft stuff or protected files). There's a color code for each find with a Legend of what that color code means. Never had any issue with it - but it does take some basic knowledge & common sense (would take a special kind of stupid - to remove all safety filters and install everything it can find - since indeed its Pros of what it can access/find can also be a Con - not as idiot proof as the alternatives).

Is BCU the way to go vs Revo Free or is it still the way to go vs Revo Pro?

I guess it depends on who you ask. IMO for the normal user, Revo Free is the better choice for most people. Had the OP used Revo in the first place, all traces of his app would have been removed during original uninstall. For anyone interested Revo Pro Portable is on sale right now 50% off ($14.98) and can be used on multiple computers. Free does the trick for most people, though.

Revo is overly-hyped this days (still praised based on its former glory - back when CCleaner was the most used app with a similar purpose - yet, Revo could surpass it). Even less capable compared to similar commercial products - whom still find traces after using Revo:

For basic (or normal users - as you put it) - that is. Cause BCUninstaller does a better job - and it's also fully free (open source - and no commercial version whatsoever / you do have the option to support the app through donations - a way to give back if you truly like the app). And it's not necessarily more complicated - just not idiot proof (since its scanner goes deeper and it even displays windows features).
