Potentially unwanted app found

If malwarebytes didn't find anything, I doubt it's a PUP. Do you have any other AV software installed (Defender might see Malwarebytes as a PUP). As others say, check your programs list - sometimes installing a program installs other things you didn't ask for. CCleaner?

Done a full scan and say nothing - but the Potentially Unwanted App is still showing in App & Browser Control

Since this is showing under App & Browser control, it most probably is a browser or a browser extension. Which browsers have you installed and what browser extensions are you using?

There is a setting in Microsoft Edge to block unsafe apps. Try disabling it, reboot and enable it again.

Clear your browser temp files or reset your browsers if the above doesn't help to see if that helps.

It's probably something that came from a program or app they recently installed or updated.

@Bengie

Click on Start / Search and type in PowerShell and then start it with Administrator permissions.

Then type in Get-MpThreat and press the Enter key. It should show you any detections it has made in the past.

I think it's PUP and sometimes the AV detects files that do the autoupdate of specific programs such as the case with the Discord autoupdate window.
