OS
Windows 11 Home - 22631.3447 - 23H2
23H2 - 22631.3007 - WİN 11 Home Single Lang.

Clean install. There are no SFC or DISM errors.

No event log or Security Monitor errors.

System and everything is up to date.

So far, so good.

If I delete the windows update files, SFC finds a Bluetooth file error. I'm used to it. This occurs after every windows update cleaning. (Disk Cleanup >Windows Update Clean) I am sharing the file as an example. OneDrive

My main question is below.

Now let's assume that I did not delete the Windows update files as in the screenshot I shared above. That way, I used the laptop for about 1 day with a clean start.

I just browsed in Chrome.

While SFC and DISM commands do not give any errors in a clean Windows installation, why do they find errors on their own when I run a check scan a day later?

I only used Chrome in one day. Nothing extra is installed on the laptop. There is no error event log and the security monitor.

I am sharing CBS Log. OneDrive

This time I came across a different log file. Can someone tell me what exactly this is? (except bthmodem.sys and BthA2dp.sys errors) Why is it so different from the other log file?

I used Google translate, thank you.

I went back to image 4 hours before sending this message. My SFC and DISM scans were clean.

Now by chance I ran a DISM Scan. I'm really tired

C:\Windows\System32>DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.22621.2792

Image Version: 10.0.22631.3007

[==========================100.0%===================== =====] The component store is repairable.
The operation completed successfully.

Why does this happen some time after a clean startup without errors? :(

Update;

After writing this message, I started by returning to the clean MCT .2861 version, which is the image I took with Macrium.

During the time I used the .2861 version, it did not give any SFC or DISM errors. I checked now, there is no error.

The system was updated by installing all updates from .2861 to .3007. After a few reboots, I checked the screen again using SFC and DISM commands. He found no fault.

By the way, I did not do Disk Cleanup (Windows update files were not cleaned)

After a few reboots, I ran SFC and DISM scan again.

SFC found an error, I am attaching the file.
DISM found no errors.

Now, I cleaned the disk and cleaned the Windows update files and restarted.

For now, SFC and DISM found no errors.

I expect the DISM SCANHEALT command to give a component error out of the blue for up to 1 day. Because whenever I implemented a scenario similar to this, it always happened like this.

I will update the developments.

I'm paranoid about SFC and DISM.

The error is attached.

I'm paranoid about SFC and DISM.
Please do not obsess over SFC and DISM, many members across different forums seem to be believe that it is some "magic" troubleshooting tool and that if it fails, then there must be severe issues with the operating system. Most of the errors from SFC are just duplicate ownership errors or broken hardlinks.

Since the error message you're concerned with is related to drivers, then there might be additional information in the following log file:

It appears to be a nasty bug that was introduced in summer of 2022. I never had the "Bluetooth file bug" with 21H2, at least not until the August, 2022 patch-Tuesday, IIRC! 22H2 has the "Bluetooth file bug" right off a clean install!

After a random amount of time, CBS will signal corrupted Bluetooth files! Most likely when running SFC in between patch-Tuesdays!

On top of that, someone on Reddit told others that we have to fiddle with hardlinks to the Bluetooth files and risk making Windows 11 in worse condition!

It looks like the hardlinks likely keep silently reverting back and I wished Microsoft fixed this already!

When I clean the windows update files after every update, it gives SFC bluetooth error. This always happens.

Or when the system performs /StartComponentCleanup automatically or manually, SFC gives the same error.

This time I'm wondering why this second (1MB) CBS.LOG file is different from the others (44KB). It contains many articles about language. Naturally I don't understand.

Thanks for your answer

Although SFC and DISM commands aren't finding any errors in a clean Windows startup, it's strange that they are finding errors when I do a scan for checking purposes after 1-2 days.

It seems like one error might trigger the start of another error or errors.

I especially wondered why the CBS.LOG file, which is 1 MB in size, has such complicated

Just FYI, the bth files thing shows found and fixed every time I run SFC. It's good until I reboot and run another SFC. Then it's back. I gave up trying to stop it as everything is working fine.
There are many reports across the web about it, too.
