Techspot Windows 11 Upgrade Deal?

Does anyone know if the license you get from Techspot during their Windows 11 Pro deal is the OEM or Retail version? Basically, does it only work with a clean install, or can I use it to upgrade an existing Home license to Pro?

I would guess it's OEM.
I read 3 months of reviews (about 40 reviews).. none mentioned OEM or Retail... so...

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 13 years?
Even if an OEM license you can use it to upgrade from Home to Pro.
You first upgrade with a generic key and then change the key to activate.

As always it is recommended to do a drive image backup before you begin.
