Applications that update the entire .exe file which creates it as a "new" application in the settings of the system tray to hidden and not showed.
Been waiting since win 11 came out for this to be fixed and still not fixed.
For discord saw this text on a other thread that explains it also:
"Seems to be every time Discord updates, and the only way to keep it visible is to have all system tray icons always visible, which I don't want, or go toggle it to visible in Windows settings again with every Discord update. Would love to know if there's a fix."
