Solved Unable to find drivers for this hardware

I have just build a new pc and I have three Other devices in Device Manager to which I cannot find drivers for;
Network controller and two unknown devices as shown in screenshot below.

The motherboard is ASUS TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI DDR5 PCIe 4.0 ATX
I have downloaded the wi-fi driver DRV_WiFi_MediaTek_All_SZ-TSD_W11_64_V330713_20221214R from Asus support page for this motherboard but do not notice that it installs.
All specs as show in my system specs.

Would appreciate if I can be directed to the required drivers.

No I did not install the chipset driver. I will try that later.

I downloaded Asus Armoury Crate application and that took care of downloading and installing all drivers that needed updating.
Issue solved.

Indeed. But does it job. I usually uninstall it right after the update. There is uninstall utility just below it on ASUS download page.

That says more about how much it is bloatware/junk than anything that Asus had to write an uninstall program for it.

As for AMD chipset it is easier and better overall (no bloatware) to just get them straight from AMD,


The only difference between the one from AMD and Asus is the AMD driver will be newer and not have the Asus (or whatever manufacturer made the motherboard) branding in the installer.

It's OK to go to AMD to download the chipset driver if you know which driver to download but not everyone knows which drivers to download and has to rely on an app such as Armoury Crate to get the right driver.

Considering that the installer from AMD supports this many chipset versions,

it is pretty difficult to get the wrong one as there isn't (unless you have a chipset older than the A320).

For an FYI...the proper procedure for doing a clean install of an OS is to install the OS then immediately install the proper chipset driver(s). This is especially more valid with AMD products since Microsoft is typically behind with Microsoft Update and the latest AMD stuff. Intel is not as much an issue except for newest hardware.
It is ALWAYS better to get the latest AMD drivers from AMD directly vs the motherboard manufacturer.
