Not really! There's a Reg Key that points to that Ghost Folder, that some have suggested to delete, but, it'll just get re-created next time you plug your phone in! It's been a quirk in the system for years!is there any way to prevent it from coming back?
If it only appears when you plug in a phone or mount an iso then it isn't "constantly showing up". I think that what you are saying is that the folder remains after unplugging phone or unmounting an ISO and only disappears after the computer has been restarted. As @Edwin says it's a quirk.this folder is constantly showing up on my desktop
