Hi,
When I click on wifi on W11, the check box is grayed out next to use my windows user account. Any suggestions?

If it isn’t like the one @Berton has shown you, are you able to take a screenshot to show us? Is it a laptop? Have you turned it off in the proprietary settings? Do you have any more info at all?

I'm probably wrong but the only time I can recall getting a login box like that was when I was trying to enter the settings of my router.

Interesting. The router has the same account already set up on it, I assume?

Check through Group Policy settings, there may be something there for forcing it to be enabled.

Is this a router you've set up yourself, or one that you got from an ISP?
