What is exactly is your problem as you don't such much?
Are to trying to upgrade to an Insider Build from RTM or having problems with KB5031455 installing in general?

You can always download it - KB5031455 - from the the MS Update Catalogue and install it manually.
There has been a lot of issues with this update which will - supposedly - be sorted in the next 'Patch Tuesday' update(s) on 14 November.
