Hello everyone, after the last update of windows, when the laptop is not plugged into the battery after the last update of the windows, there is heaviness in the opening of the system when the laptop is not plugged into the battery, it comes to itself after 1-2 minutes, the mouse moves slowly during this time, another problem is that the content of the file explorer between the files is loaded very late, there may be waits, etc., and from time to time, although I use it plugged in, I have some problems such as instantaneous stuttering, freezes, etc. I cannot understand why. I wonder if there are those who have problems in this regard after the last update?

What version of Windows are you running now? (Right click Start > Run > type winver > hit OK. Copy and paste here.

I haven't seen any complaints at all like yours since the last Cumulative Update here on Eleven Forum.

I think it happened after the last update I installed in the screenshot, but I'm not sure about that, in general, I experience these momentary stuttering and freezes while actively using the system on the system, the computer is still under warranty, the 1 year has not expired yet, it is still very new, as you mentioned, I did not see this kind of problem, but I could not understand it, in fact, I did some solutions, but I did not get any results strangely. I did not have such a problem before.
