Solved Being hacked?

Every time to return from sleeping status or to start windows 11 O.S, it was popping up an advertising from Xbox which I do not want to participate or asking for it. I think the file was being stored in Edge browser folder, but I did not know which one. I have changed the default browser to Fire Fox, but it doesn't help. Please see the attached snapshot, and let me know how I can get rid of it. Thank you very much for your helps, if any.

P.S.: The file is large, so I have to use dropbox instead.

Welcome to the forum.
You can disable Xbox app startup option using task manager>startup apps>find X-Box in the list. Right click on it and select disable. Restart.

I did turn-off the Xbox service in start-up app. Please see the snapshot attached, and also let me know if it's the same one you have talked about.

Yes, that is the same process.

An option in edge settings;

Go to (⋯)Settings => Cookies and site permissions;
Select Pop-ups and redirects;
Move the Block toggle to On

Maybe that may help?
Also, check that the Edge startup/home page isn't xbox

Do you use XBox?? If not, use RevoUninstaller (freeware) to remove all XBox components.

Back up your drive with Macrium Reflect and/or AOMEI Backupper (also don't forget to create the boot USB for each)

Run Revo > Window Apps tab
Double click the Xbox component to be uninstalled
Don't create a restore point (waste of time)
Don't restart even if prompted
Run the Advanced (button) clean up option
Select/tick all items listed - both as files, folders and/or registry entries
Delete all
Repeat for each XBox component.

Could your home page be set to that web page? Click on the Home icon and see.

Edge home page is not the same thing as Edge startup page.

Check the browser settings - Home page button URL, and Start page

Remember, you are dealing with 2 Microsoft products here, their invasive marketing tactics can make all sort of changes if the user is not on guard.
