Hi,

I encounted BSOD on my PC almost daily, sometimes twice daily. Happened even when PC is idle. I've also recorded BSOD with driver verifier using instruction provided in this forum.
Please check the file from V2 collector Dropbox

Thank you

Please run Memtest86+ for 8 or more passes.

The more the passes the better the testing conditions.

It sometimes takes passes into the 20's to find malfunctioning RAM.

Just 1 error is a test fail and testing can be aborted.

I would personally hold off running MemTest86 and just see if the system crashes again, from what I can see, this is very likely just BitDefender and possibly MBAM. I'm leaning more towards BitDefender though.

Any evidence for this other than just because?

4/5 of the crashes have been Stop 0xA, 2 of which had identifiable drivers which crashed at the same point, I highly doubt that there is RAM issues.

Unless the RAM was already replaced this computer is highly likely to have recurrent unexpected shutdowns and restarts with or without BSOD.

Optimal care is to test the RAM now.

Waiting for the next unexpected shutdown and restart without RAM testing is suboptimal care.

Again, any evidence or reasoning to support this? It seems that you're just blatantly making things up now.

Waiting for the next unexpected shutdown and restart without RAM testing is suboptimal care.
How is that suboptimal care?

Sorry for not responding fast, I was busy with work these past days.

So, I tried to make memtest disk with USB stick, but it failed to show in BIOS. Tried with another stick, still not shown.
Could I substitute it with memtest86 free version?

Approximately how long ago were the RAM modules installed?

Were they replacement or original RAM modules?

Yes please use Memtest86.

The free version will only run 4 passes.

1) Make a brand new restore point.

2) Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

C:\Windows\system32>bcdedit /deletevalue {badmemory} badmemorylist

3) Run Memtest86 for 2 tests of 4 passes (total 8 passes)

Testing can be performed overnight while sleeping.

The RAM isn't the original from when I build the PC in late 2020, it was originally 2x8. In Dec 21, I bought another 2x8 kit since it was on year end discount from same vendor. In Feb 22, my older 2x8 got replaced with newer kit, since it got sign of error (now, both 2x8 kit are same model). It was running smoothly until late Nov 23 when crashes started.

I got passed result from two test yesterday. Here are the picts: Dropbox

I'd say it's either Malwarebytes or Bitdefender. I'd try uninstalling Bitdefender first.
012524-6406-01.dmp -> ntkrnlmp.exe
012524-6421-01.dmp -> ntkrnlmp.exe
012524-6593-01.dmp -> atc.sys
012524-13531-01.dmp -> MbamChameleon.sys
012524-14296-01.dmp -> ntkrnlmp.exe
The ntkrnlmp.exe problems are most likely caused by one or both of the other two.
And quite honestly, you don't need either of them anyway.

Edit: If you decide to choose to uninstall them, it may be a good idea to use a third party uninstaller. I don't know about the above two in particular, but some of those anti-malware applications leave a lot of residue behind.
