CCleaner Pro Not Deleting Duplicate Files

Hello All,
Has any one tried to delete these files using the above program? My computer is loaded with duplicate files according to a search.
The program tells me the file or files were deleted, but when I checked, they were still there. Even when I closed the program and came back later,
they still were there. Any Ideas to fix this? I tried going to "Help" but an error occurs and I cannot make a connection.
I am using Windows 11.

Can't delete duplicate files
