Hi everyone,

@ ASUS ROG SS3 motherboards users : Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3) drivers package type & Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS) drivers package type have been merged. So you have to use, from now, the Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS) drivers packages type.

Thread, post & drivers package updated.

I have TUF gaming B550 plus. I used the driver you suggested to the user to get the realtek loudness EQ to work but is there a driver I can use to get speaker fill to work as well.

It's really frustrating that the features I actually wanted to use are only available for the digital output.

I'd be happy using the correct drivers for my mobo if there's some software I can use to get the same realtek features I had on my previous 10+year old mobo (realteks decisions make no sense to me), specifically: loudness EQ, speaker fill, bass management(nice to have but not critical for my use). I haven't been able to find any software that doesn't require technical knowledge to use besides WALE which doesn't really produce the same effect as the realtek loudness EQ feature.

Any driver or third party software recommendation would be much appreciated.

You have an ASUS TUF DTS Audio Processing motherboard, so :

You need Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS TUF/PRIME DTS AP) from the first post of this thread.

Follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process then your INSTALL process, for the next drivers packages that I would release, you will can directly follow your UPDATE process.

it auto triggered an update to that version of the Audio Console...
This issue has been ongoing for months if not years... since I first started using this motherboard...
and not a fix in sight.. I thought I reported it to Realtek but no reply... they don't really seem to care at all.

maybe try contacting either Realtek general inquiries or sales departments from different regions (they never seem to respond from their "pctech" email address)

not sure if the newest 6.0.9599.1 driver version will help. otherwise downgrade to the older version where you didn't have these problems or uninstall certain Win11 updates (sometimes certain recent Windows updates for Win11 screw up the audio)
