How to take picture of document and turn it into PDF for email?

I have to take a picture of a document with my iphone and have it a PDF file and email it to myself. I always used my iphone and used the genius scan app for this. After taking the picture with genius scan, I would then enter my email that I want it to send to. For some reason, it doesn't seem to send? I click on the button to send it previously many times before this and this time it doesn't seem to work. I took another picture with genius scan and did the same thing... the pdf file was never sent to my email.


The pdf file is only about 1mb so it isn't big. Anyone know why I'm having these issues? I never had this issue with the genius scan app on my iphone.


What are my options here?

Perhaps the document wasn't fully Saved,
perhaps a permissions issue,
maybe it went to your Spam folder...

I agree with @Edwin , maybe it was filtered by your email provider, and got sent to the spam/junk folder by accident. Check your email's junk folder and, if possible, move the email into the inbox.
