hi,

when one tries to log in to his Gmail account. real password does not work. when enter is pressed, red text appears on the real password.

when a person tries to press the forgot password text, the google page instructs him to enter his mobile number,

when a user enters his mobile number, google sends a verification code. when the verification code is entered,

google redirects to another webpage with three options. one of the three options is sent a verification code to the Gmail email address that a user is trying to recover.

this goes like a vicious circle.
how can this Gmail account be recovered?

this can`t post on google forums because none of the Gmail accounts works.

Welcome to the forum

First make sure you clear your browsing data so you know nothing is being misdirect there.

Then check if you are saving any Gmail passwords in your browser. If so write them down and delete them, again ensuring one of those is not be submitted.

You said there were three options. one being to send a code to you gmail account. What are the other two options. On Android phone it will send a message and you answer yes it is me.

If anyone trying to recover an account has none of those I'd be very suspicious of the person trying to recover it.

XXXXX, between your two lines, is where it is going wrong.

I suggest you repeat the verification code request, make sure you enter the code correctly and make sure you are then pressing the right button when you enter it [it sounds to me that you are somehow pressing a button labelled, say, I did not receive the code].

Is it possible your Gmail was hacked and the perpetrator changed all the information such as the mobile number?

can scanning my pc with Malwarebytes,zemana anti logger and antimalware, AdwareCleaner save me.

now a new thing has started to happen while login in to or recovering Gmail Account.
Google sends verification code to mobile no but it never reaches the mobile number.
previously I mean about 2 weeks ago it reached my mobile no but not now.

One last thing to check on your mobile. Please access your "blocked" telephone numbers and eliminate them. Maybe in the past, accidentally, you blocked Google.
