Whats the name of this screen? And I want the 2 icons NLD and what is next to it not see on that screen.
Hope that somebody can tell me how I can do that.

No, tryed that already but thanks.
With Winaero Tweaker I disabeled the power button and the network icon but not that two icons unfortanelly.

It's the login / sign-in screen.
As glasskuter said, you can change the background picture [which comes from the lock screen by default].

I do not know how to alter the icons shown on the login screen.
I do not know which icons WinAero tweaker was unable to help you with i.e. which icons remain.
I have not noticed anybody suggest a method of removing any of them.
