I know this is a Windows 11 forum, but I also know there are a lot of smart people out there that might have an answer for me.
So here goes. I bought an HP printer, HP Smart Tank 615. I set it up with no problems and I like the way it prints. I am happy with the printer's operation.
I decided to find out how to replace the ink and my problems started. I have come to the conclusion that the HP Support group might rank near the bottom of the list. Hell, I can't even find my printer! Much less how to order some refill ink. Of course I don't need the ink now or for the next year or two, but I want to knoe how to get it.
If there is some kind soul out there that knows what I am writing about and has some sort of an answer, I would appreciate a reply.
