Hello :-)
I have a Sony Shake X70D sound system and I am not happy with the sound
The device does not have a clear sound, and the equalizers before it do not have much effect on the sound clarity. When I adjust it through the equalizer app of Sony Music Center and increase the clear bass option to soften the bass, the sound constantly decreases and increases when playing songs. This bothers me a lot and I can't listen to music like this
Please tell me the solution to fix this problem
I want to make the most of this device, but I can't
If there is a firmware update to fix this problem, please provide a link to it. I couldn't find anything on Sony's website
I also sent an email to Sony support, but they did not respond
Thanks

I see you've also posted this on both ElevenForums and TenForums.

Have you read the manual?

I looked around there doesn't appear to be a firmware update for this device.

I'm not familiar with this exact device, but I do own similar devices.

Did you purchase this system new or used?

What type of devices are you sourcing music from, TV, cell phone ?

Connected by Bluetooth or HDMI?

Have to tried connecting to different devices?

Have you tried both methods of connection, Bluetooth and HDMI?

If you're using an HDMI cable, what type is it?

If you're connected to TV HDMI, and you were previously connected to a Bluetooth device, such as a cell phone, make sure the Bluetooth is turned off.

Yes, I bought new
Yes, I read the manual
With mobile phone bluetooth
and Sony ldac codec
I also tested with other mobile phones
This device has no possibility to adjust bass and treble at all
HDMI is for connecting to the TV and I don't want to connect to it like that
The problem is that this device does not have a clear sound, and by adjusting it through Sony's own application, the sound becomes low and high.Just by installing the JetAudio app and adjusting the equalizer, the sound will be better
Because I doubted the health of the device, I tested the audio system of one of my friends, which was of the same Sony model, but it also did not have a clear sound

What if you uninstall all Sony software and simply connect to the computer via Bluetooth? Maybe the software doesn't configure the device properly and doesn't have a clear sound. Try without it.

Hello spapakons,

Removing the app does not make a difference in performance
The Sony app has a more advanced equalizer that can make the sound softer and clearer
But after applying the changes, when playing the music, the sound is distorted and in some parts it increases and decreases, and this is repeated in most of the tracks, which is annoying.
For this reason, I am currently using App jetAudio to adjust the sound
This audio system is also a bad seller and it is not easy to sell if it works
I really don't know what to say to the Sony company, no matter how many times I email the support, they don't answer
They have not even provided an update to fix this problem
Do you think it is not possible to change the firmware of this system through other people?
How do I tell the Sony app and the device not to increase or decrease the volume?

I had a quick look at the features and it has something like automatic enhancement which is on by default. Probably this affects the audio quality. Try switching it off. See any other setting that could affect quality and turn it off.

Thank you
there is no option to turn off automatic enhancement on the device

the features are mostly related to enhancing the bass and increasing the power of the device
Features such as: megabass and clearAudio, which are turned on together and do not affect the clarity of the sound, and I keep them off.
The Fiesta feature makes the sound 3D and echo-like, which is not interesting at all
Only an advanced equalizer remains in the Sony app, which increases and decreases the volume after adjustment
Now I made settings with the JetAudio program, and the sound became very clear.

See the settings I made in JetAudio in these pictures :
Is there a point in this case that by changing it the sound will be better and warmer and more expressive?

As Americans say "If it works don't fix it". Since you managed to get clear audio, don't touch any setting!
