While trying to uninstall a program I received an error.
I opened Event Viewer and got this error:
Create URL group 0xFC00000120000004. Status 0x0. Process Id 0xC88 Executable path \Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\System32\svchost.exe, User LOCAL SERVICE

You didn't mention what program you were trying to uninstall, or how you were trying to uninstall it. ???
There are indeed many ways to Un-Install a program from a Windows PC, but.... I will only use the Revo Uninstaller. It's never failed me!

Good luck,
TM
