01a. Can i do that from bootable dvd disc?
01b. How?
01c. Do i have any issues with ms updates?
01d. Can i install it to one and only ntfs partition(Not many as boot partition, windows partition e.t.c.)? If i can how i do that?

02. If i use an official serial no for win10 to win11 and need to format these windows11 can i use the same serial no at same pc or not?

03. Do you suggest clean install windows 11 or upgrade from windows 7?

04. What release version of windows 11 do you suggest me and why?

05. Is it stable operations system like windows7 mostly at old pc's or not?

06. Some old programs like samsung allshare does it work with windows11 even at compatibility mode?

A lot of thanks for your time and answers.

I won't attempt to answer all of your questions. Some:

Most of us do the installation from a USB flash drive rather than a DVD, but I know of no reason that a DVD couldn't be prepared.

I believe that a UEFI Windows installation usually includes a small FAT32 boot partition. The OS typically resides in an NTFS partition that is most of the rest of the drive. I'm not sure whether a recovery partition is mandatory, but it exists on my installs.

MS has hinted that updates may not be offered with installs on unsupported hardware, but, as far as I know, they haven't done that yet.

There is no direct upgrade from Win7 to Win11. You could upgrade from 7 to 10, and then 10 to 11.

Depending on what sort of Windows 10 user you are, you might miss some of its features that were removed in 11 (like taskbar location).

This is the standard way to upgrade a supported device to Windows 11.

For an unsupported device you'd need to bypass the system checks. One way to do that is here:

Another way is to use Rufus to make an install USB, Rufus has options to turn off the system checks.

02. If i use an official serial no for win10 to win11 and need to format these windows11 can i use the same serial no at same pc or not?
In Windows 10 activation works quite differently from Windows 7/8/8.1 where the installed key is the important thing. Windows 10 is activated with a digital licence. This is stored on Microsoft's activation servers, and is linked to the unique hardware ID of the PC. The same digital licence is valid for 10 or 11. Once a PC has a digital licence you can clean install Windows 10 or 11 without providing a key. It will activate from the existing digital licence as soon as it can contact the activation servers.
03. Do you suggest clean install windows 11 or upgrade from windows 7?
You cannot activate a clean install without a digital licence. If you have an activated Windows 7 you can get a digital licence for the PC by upgrading to Windows 10, and that digital licence will also activate Windows 11. You cannot upgrade direct from W7 to W11 and get a digital licence.

04. What release version of windows 11 do you suggest me and why?

05. Is it stable operations system like windows7 mostly at old pc's or not?
There's no reason not to go for the latest release version, currently that's 22H2, version 22621. On older unsupported devices it should be as stable as Windows 7 would be.
06. Some old programs like samsung allshare does it work with windows11 even at compatibility mode?
Anything that can run in Windows 10 should run in Windows 11. For Samsung AllShare I've never used it myself, but the answer is apparently 'yes it does'.

Samsung AllShare can be used on a computer running Windows 11 or Windows 10. Previous versions of the operating system shouldn't be a problem with Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Vista having been tested. Windows XP is supported. It runs on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems with no dedicated 64-bit download provided.

Personally I use the native Windows function to cast my .mp4 files to my DLNA TV. This is available by right-clicking on a file (Shift+Right-click in W11) and has been part of Windows since Windows 7.

fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update.

01d. Rufus can't run at win7 to remove the tpm2 check of any iso file that after write at a bootable dvd disc.
And how i can make win11 installation to install to ONE and only partition? I must be to a already formatted ntfs partition or i can do that even at a non formatted partition/hdd?
If my pc doesn't have uefi and it is really old without any uefi bios menu???

02. Witch hardware "marries" the digital licenced with the serial no? The motherboard, the graphics card, the ssd e.t.c.?

03. If simply buy a 25digits code for win10 and enter it at win11 installation?

06. As you already understsnd i don't have win10 only win7 machines. So i don't know.

Bonus. And i believe the grapcic card these machine has doesn't support direct12 so i have issues?

Can you please explain me more what exactly is and how i do that at win7 so i try it.

It is possible to install Windows 10 with just one partition on a Legacy Bios/MBR system. The trick seems to be to create the MBR partition first, then install Windows to that partition. It should work in 11 too. See post #6 here:

02. Witch hardware "marries" the digital licenced with the serial no? The motherboard, the graphics card, the ssd e.t.c.?
Mainly the motherboard and CPU. The HDD/SSD plays no part. More details here:
The Windows 10 and 11 Digital License is based on HWID 3. As long as the Windows edition, motherboard and CPU remain the same, once the computer has been activated, all future clean installs with the same edition on that computer will activate automatically. Note that all HWIDs exclude storage media entirely. Thus, on a PC with Windows 10 or 11 activated, you can replace its storage (HDD / SSD) devices with one or more new ones and clean install Windows 10 or 11 on a new disk. Even so, the PC will activate automatically based on that machine’s existing digital license.

If you have a Windows 7 or 8 key it can activate Windows 10 and get a digital licence for the PC, but not at install time. Install without entering a key when asked, then when installed but un-activated change the installed key to your W7/8 one. Even the key from a W7 CoA sticker should work.

Bonus. And i believe the grapcic card these machine has doesn't support direct12 so i have issues?

@spapakons is an expert on what display driver you could try. But if there are none suitable, then Windows 11 can run with just the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.

Systems without WDDM graphics driver (Vista or higher) will use Microsoft Basic Display Adapter and be slower due to lack of hardware acceleration. In such systems use Windows 7 32-bit with Windows XP graphics driver (XPDM mode) to get maximum possible performance.
Let's install Windows 11 on incompatible hardware - post #1,399

Latest available version of Windows 11 is 22H2 which, if I remember correctly, installs build 22621.5xx You can then install all Windows updates up to current build 22621.2283 Download the official Windows 11 ISO here: Download Windows 11

You can either enter any valid Windows 7/8/10 key to install the respective version (Home or Pro) or you can reply you don't have a key and enter it after installation to activate. If you reply you don't have a key, make sure you select the right version Home or Pro to install.

For old systems without Windows 10/11 drivers you can use any Windows 64-bit drivers from Vista 64-bit up to Windows 8 64-bit. Of course the newer the better. I mean you should prefer Windows 8 over 7 or 7 over Vista for better compatibility and performance. The exception is Intel graphics drivers for Windows 7 64-bit that are locked by Intel and cannot normally be used in Windows 8 or higher. Thankfully some guys have hacked some of these to install on higher Windows versions. There are hacked versions for Intel 945G, 965G, Mobile 4 family (aka GMA 4500), as far as I know.

05. Is it stable operations system like windows7 mostly at old pc's or not?

06. Some old programs like samsung allshare does it work with windows11 even at compatibility mode?
05. If not meeting the full system requirements there are ways shown on forums about installing on non-compatible hardware. I find Win11 works as well as Win10, just that some things got and are getting moved around.

06. Any older 32-bit programs that work on Win10 and some from Win7 have worked for me. I even have an old Claris Works 5 from '97 working without actually installing, just created a shortcut to the .exe file in its folder. Lotus System Suite 98 works but 97 wouldn't run its installer. If an installer won't run check in the disc for the setup.exe file itself.

My two cents:
if you are upgrading from Win10 these instructions from this forum worked for me (and which ones didn't).
- download the iso from Download Windows 11
- create a folder on your desktop and name it anything you want, the name is irrelevant.
- from the iso you downloaded right-click and select MOUNT or open with Windows Explorer, this reveals all the files and folders.
- copy all these files and folders to the desktop folder you made.
- you then need to create a new appraiserres.dll file by using Notepad and naming it appraiserres.dll - if the .txt gets added just rename it to remove so the file reads appraiseres.dll. Then copy that file into the sources folder in the folder you created. The file will be able to overwrite the original. You can't just delete it as Setup still looks for it.
- That's it - you can then click on the setup.exe file and you are on your way. All the restrictive requirements will be bypassed.

Many say using the Rufus USB program works best and more simply, and in the past it indeed worked for me. But for an unknown reason to me, I could not get the iso to be used by Rufus no matter what I did. Fortunately, I found the video in this forum that outlines the above instructions. One note, Microsoft must have locked the iso files as I could not work with the appraiserres.dll as I was told I had no permission or authority to copy over, or open. But after copying all these files to a folder on my desktop I had the ability to delete, copy over, or rewrite it!

In the past I used IsoBuster to open an .iso file, haven't needed it in awhile so don't know if will work for this purpose.

If i simply delete the file "appraiserres.dll" from source folder at the bootable win11 iso file do i remove the tpm fuction?

And what is the difference between tpm and secure boot?

Deleting appraiserres.dll is usually not enough on its own. You should replace it with an empty zero byte file. You can make a suitable one by creating a 'New text document' on your desktop, then renaming it as appraiserres.dll.

TPM is a security device, either as a physical chip or a firmware emulation, that can store secure info such as passwords and bitlocker keys.

Secure Boot is a quite separate function, it will only allow you to boot from an OS that has a valid security certificate. It's also only available on a UEFI/GPT system, so your Legacy bios device won't have it.

And by delete the file "appraiserres.dll" i get rid bot of them?
What you get rid of are the checks at install time that TPM or Secure Boot exist on your system. Once W11 is installed you won't need or have either of them.

You can open the ISO with WinRAR or similar utility and extract the contents in a folder, if you don't want to run Setup directly from the ISO (mount it aka Open it with File Explorer).

I must replace only this file or the secure boot file to?
If i simply create a fake "appraiserres.dll" and put it to the same source file i am ok to install win11 to old pc's without uefi or not?

Upgrading from most versions of Windows to Win11 will run into the same system requirements issues if the computer is older by a few years. I have rehabbed 2 Win10 computers from 2019 that came with Win10, reinstalled Win10 first. They both met the TPM and CPU version/generation requirements. The key for activation is in the motherboard for Win10 so no problem with that.
