Solved Switch accounts

The new laptop also Win11, synched to the original PC fine. Tried to 'switch accounts' Microsoft Solitary Collection' so that it would see the 'profile' of the other machine.

I want computer #1 machine game, on a computer #2.

Xbox tech says cannot be done. As games see different emails. All that happened is I changed primary/secondary account holder for the windows account.

It seems odd that primary/secondary change within an account, should not restrict data.

As computers become easier, problems encountered become more difficult.

Xbox & Solaitre Collection, are all contained in, the Microsoft account.

My first play MS Solitary was long ago, & the isp is dead, along with the email account fo that email address.

New loaction 'me' new email address at always available 'gmail'

Next. This took a long time to do: at Microsoft account. awhile back it listed

primary acct holder - old email

secondary acct - new email


to:

primary - new email

secondary - old email

that's was what was supposed to happen

Now & Why

Xbox log in looks for 'old email' address, on primary's new address.

Perhaps Microsoft can recover old and add the acct.
