The computer turns on by itself...I'm going crazy

I try all and a read a lot of workaround but i dont find where is the problem...
No virus or trojan
I disable also -waketimers
I verify event and scheduled tasks but onestly i dont know where see and verify if there which wakes up the computer
I also send these commands

Hi,
If your computer turns on by its self it was never really shut down.
Use winkey+x and hit the u key twice to shut down.

If it is not what ThrashZone mentioned and you are talking about wake from sleep mode, this should tell you what is waking:

And don't forget there is a setting or two in the BIOS that can affect the waking of a computer such as Wake on LAN.

If I'm not mistaken holding the Shift key down when hitting the shut down option will completely shut off the computer. When I need a clean restart I always use the Shift key Restart combo.

But I think I've found the problem
I install TP-Link TX201 PCIe 2,5 G on my Asus ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO...which already has its network card but 1G, and for this i nuy 2.5G adapter from TP-Link.
After all the tests as to why it was accessing itself, I tried removing the PCIe and it doesn't do it anymore...
Reinstall again verify is there are new driver but none.. power off computer and after 2/3 minutes computer wake up.
I remove the PCIe again and the ignition problem disappears on its own.
Therefore I have the TX201 is defective or there is some incompatibility. The settings of the TX201 are standard. I also tried disabling wake on lan but it doesn't solve the problem

I have had a couple of Lenovo PCs that came from corporate offices, and I found scheduled startup times in the BIOS, presumably to have the PCs up and ready when the staff members arrived in the office. Once I changed those BIOS settings to inactive, the problem I had of the PCs waking up in the middle of the night disappeared.

Hi,
That's the fake menu all of which are hibernate. which the only time would work is if hibernation was disabled.

As just said you can right click the start button for winkey+x menu
Try that shutdown option it actually works.

Unless I have missed it, a couple of other items I have not seen mentioned yet:

1) For the network card, bring up the properties, and go to the power settings, set it so that the card is not allowed to wake the system.

2) Although this does not sound like the issue you are seeing, be aware that most BIOS have a setting to allow the system to automatically power on a specific time. Make sure that is disabled.

That's the thing I found in my corporate refurbs. There was a thing called "Intel scheduled reboot" or sthg of the sort, that had a daily schedule available, and the corporate clients had enabled every weekday. And it was in the BIOS settings. WTF?
