Eleven Clock not working

Hey guys

I had v3.9.6 and suddenly it stopped working yesterday after a reboot!
I noticed a newer version and updated to 4.1.0 and still doesn't work ( crashes on start )
I tried re-installing the app but nothing

any ideas?

I would not worry too much about this for now...you are on a Canary build after all...some stuff break and then they start working again in later builds. In these early prototype builds, APIs change all the time. If we fix something today, it will most likely break the next day because of something else...

Eleven Clock and other 3rd party programs may not work on Canary builds as Explorer is now a UPWA.

If you want to display the seconds, you can in Settings/Personalization/Taskbar/Taskbar behaviors
Whether or not you are looking for other features tied to Eleven Clock, you might try to contact the developer

It is UWPa

UWP stands for Universal Windows Platform
a stands for application.

And yeah, UWP apps, works very differently from traditional Win32 binaries, even though many UWP apps essentially use same Win32 binary.

I'm running the 25330 build with Elevenclock 4.1.0 with no problems. I have no idea why mine is working and yet yours is not.

Is your Explorer showing the 'pizza-like' icon in the toolbar?

Yes, I have a slice of Pizza icon in my File Explorer.

I have the pizza icon too.

Since it works on the Canary version, try to completely uninstall the program.
Restart the OS.
Reinstall and see what happens.

I had that new explorer before the last reboot and Eleven Clock was working fine

If you have the 'pizza-like' icon as you said then you are using the 'new' explorer.
If it was working with it before, then it should work again with it - as some others have confirmed.

What other third-party programs are you using?
Explorer Patcher? Start11? StartAllBack?

Start11 but it's deactivated since it doesn't work
TranslucentTB is the same

OK, are you using the MS Store installation or the .exe?
I installed the .exe from Github, it does not crash but the clock needed quite a bit of positional adjustment.

If you are using Eleven Clock to get seconds display, that is now part of Dev canary, and I think Bets.

Yes the latest Canary build does display seconds. But I want only the time (with seconds) and NO date. It's the date I want to get rid of.
