Is there a way to output audio to more than one device simultaneously?

This may sound like a dumb question, but is there a way to send audio from a video playing on a TV as a 2nd monitor while getting sound through BT from the game I'm playing on my laptop?

See if this will help at all.I've never tried it but, it seems that it does what you're trying to do.

i used to have 2 usb dell soundbars conneted, running in virtualized surround. use Voicemeeter to set it up. simple to use

You could try VB-Audio Cable to set up a Virtual Cable connection:

That allows you to setup multiple apps and connect them to multiple cables all at once.

Or, you could try something like OBS Studio and set it up for live streaming:

If you use a Y connector you need to have Analog sound = not sure if modern TV's even have facility for the old AUX in method. Usually blu tooth or digital.

I'd suggest using Blu tooth -- a blu tooth transmitter/receiver combo is cheap and can serve 2 devices simultaneously
