Look at all the place and people trying to hack my computer (snapshots). I am trying not to call these crappy countries names, but they would take us and our country down and are bad... we are suckers... for not kicking butt..

Have you given remote access to your computer to anyone for any reason? Do you have any remote access apps installed on your machine?
You can expand any listed activity to see location details and find out how the account was accessed—using a web browser, phone, or another method.
These logins in your MS account are not JUST signins to your computer, but a signin attempt into your MS account.

I had a few of these too. These appear to be attempts to log in to my MS account. Upon further checking, an incorrect password was used to try to gain access. On occasion, I got scam emails saying there was unusual activity on my MS account. It's probably scammers that obtained one's email address and attempt to hack one's MS account. Scammers have no shame.

It's important to use 2FA on all of your accounts, including MS account and any financial institution's accounts.

What part of the system identifies those attempts or any attempted security breaches ?

Based on your screenshot alone, I would guess that your PC is full of outdated vulnerable software.
The screen is made by a shareware hosted on http, you could have used mspaint or snipping tool.

As long as there’s none saying successful log in (which isn’t you logging in of course) then you‘re fine imo. Hackers are probably trying to guess your password.
Out of curiosity do you have 2FA enabled? If yes are you receiving the notification for each log in asking if it is you?

2FA is two-factor authentication, also known as multi-factor authentication. In addition to using a password, a provider will either email. text a code or ask additional security questions in order to login to secure accounts. It's time limited. MS also has an authenticator app that can be installed on android phones or iPhones.

2 factor authentication. If a user has this enabled & someone uses the correct log in details then they’ll receive a notification via their authenticator app or or via text to confirm whether they’re trying to log in &/or to enter the code shown if it is the genuine user logging in. If not then they’d either choose no or ignore the code as the hacker cannot get in to the account without it.

Same exact thing happened to me!

I received a text message with a microsoft sign in code because I use 2 factor sign in. I went and looked at sign in activity and saw unsuccessful logins from all over the world many times daily. I think this is because my user id and password combination has been leaked so many times. Another possibility was I went to a spoof microsoft account website because when I went to the regular microsoft account sign in page there was already a name in the user id box called "jamon@microsoft.com" Very strange.

Solution: Create an "alias" email address in outlook, then make that alias your "primary". Now you can only sign in using that new email address that no one knows. You will still receive emails at the original email address of course. I also switched to password less signin with window hello.

I tried turning this off the other day, but the issue here was the main account is ticked and greyed out. So by default appears can be used. I also have every other form of logging in turned on Text message, authenticator, windows hello. MS chooses which ways they can contact me. But the turning off email login as you can see in this screen, doesn't seem to be an option, for me.
