office 2021 cant write c and h letters

hi,

after screen lock win+L and unlock i cant write some letters in outlook, i cant write C and H. Do you know maybe why? Maybe there is any key combitation?

Not having any information about the computer involved and type of keyboard in use is difficult to formulate a response but usually it's things like bread crumbs or pet hair falling under the key caps that prevent proper contacts. Use of canned air frequently helps.

So a reboot fixes it?

yes reboot fixing it

OK, and it is only Outlook that it fails in?

Outlook for Office 365, or the Windows Mail (outlook) program?

only in outlook 2021, like a key combination or something

I dunno, but I will say that Outlook does stupid sh__ for me too when I wake from sleep.

Sometimes it is simply non-responsive.
Sometimes it re-sends me notifications I've already dismissed.
Sometimes it opens from minimized state showing the wrong resolution versus what is on my monitor (and no other apps are affected).

At this point I'd chalk it up to Outlook itself, and the fact that you're on an early release version, perhaps.

What kind of keyboard are you using? Could it be a keyboard software issue?
