Thank You @FreeBooter for helping out. I'm not familiar with MB BIOS but, notebooks are my thing.

Ideally, your CPU temperature should be around 60 to 70 degrees Celsius (140 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit) when running essential apps and around 40 to 45 degrees Celsius (104 to 113 degrees Fahrenheit) when sitting idle. Moreover, the safe CPU temperature range for gaming is roughly 70 to 80 degrees Celcius. If your CPU is regularly shooting above these temperature ranges, you need to clean your PC, improve the cooling system, and re-apply thermal paste.

Well, from what I see on the screen shot, the CPU load is at 100% but, the temps are still within
acceptable tolerances. At 65*C this is a good place to be.
Just out of curiosity , what are the specs for this game and are you playing it on High?

not so recent but it was fine even before and after i did the last update
but its not only on this game
OK, I just saw that the latest nVidia drivers for this game is not really optimized.
It seems that there is a loss of FPS but, I don't know which one would help the
best to bring back those FPS you had. So, remind me when this started?
Before or after a nVidia update or after a Windows update?
EDIT:
Have you updated the other drivers on your MB from the Gigabyte web site?
