Personalize Folders?

Ok, this may seem a bit weird, but I was wondering if there was any possible way to edit the "folder" image and put the folder name text on the folder for it to show up?

You could probably find a suitable icon pack on the web, or, make them yourself...

There is a way to do this. I'm experimenting with making new Windows 11 folder icons here:


You can use IcoFX, 1.6.4 for free to edit .ico files and add whatever you want on them. I like taking the blank folder icon and editing that.
