Solved Snipping Tool No Worky

Is anyone having trouble with the Snipping Tool in Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.2215?

Or am I being the Lone Ranger?

It's workin fine for me. . I have the "PrtScrn" button to activate Snipping Tool. . It's in Settings.

What you mean We, paleface?

I've moved on to 22631.2271, but I've never had trouble with the snipping tool under 22621.2215.

Out of habit, I invoke it with shift-Windows-s.

Hmmm, maybe I should do what @antspants did . . . reboot to see if that works.

I have to stay on the general release (accidentally got to 2215) so I don't confuse my senior students.

Heading for the hills . . . back in awhile.

I stay on general releases as well. I get tired of updates every Tuesday. . lol

My Chemo Brain kicks in a lot lately. I'm so hoping that I'm not at an early stage of any form of dementia. If I am I hope the good lord takes me home before I become a uncontrolled pain.

I have these fears since my heart attacks. My memory is getting worse. I stand up and instantly forget why I did. This concerns me no end. I have witnessed and nursed dementia first hand. I am not going to do that to anyone.
Being on/coming back to this windows forum family has been a blessing. It’s been good for my brain and I feel at home.

I so hope that it's just because I have so much going on. I have promised her that I'll allways be there for her. I don't want to break that promise, This coming Friday (15th) we will have been happily married for 44 years. On December 8th we be a couple for 45 years. I so hope I can beat my parents 0f 51 years. My dad past away before their 52nd year.

That’s really nice, 44/45 years. I’m sorry to read about your wife's depression, this is something else I am very well versed in.
Re your memory. Out of interest and if it isn’t too personal, are you on any medications for anything at all? (Especially pain meds)

No. The only meds I'm on is Norvacs, losartan for my blood pressure and a twice a month shot of Testosterone to keep my energy level up.

Neither of which have been associated with memory issues, from what I just read.

Have you read much on that? Twice a month is a lot? Not trying to cause any concern but there are possible side effects (not memory related)

One of my dumb ass doctors had me on 600mg a day of Lyrica for nerve pain.
Since whining off, my memory has improved. One other doctor said I should report him for such a high dosage for 6 years. I’m still on 450mg. It’s a long process.

The way it sounds to me, you're both in early stages of what we call early onset of old age. As we age, we tend to forget stuff.

Once I get to where I was headed, I've forgotten what I was going after. I think of something I want to put on my grocery list and if I don't go for my list book immediately, it's forgotten. These things are normal for aging. And, I've always been forgetful.

There are cognitive tests for dementia but I don't know anything other than that there are tests.

And, BTW, my Chemo Brain is the real thing . . . I have three more months of what they call Maintenance Chemo every other week to be sure the cancer doesn't return. No real side effects except extreme sensitivity to anything cold for a week after a treatment. Ice cream and drinking anything cold is the pits! Holding an ice cube with the tips of my fingers . . . ouchy!

And . . . I haven't lost a hair so far!
