I have been using Thunderbird on my windows systems for years. For some reason I wanted to install Thunderbird again. I deleted the existing installation with Geek. When trying to install thunderbird again I am given 2 choices.
1) Install as my computer name
2) Administrator.
If choose option # 1 nothing happens.
If I choose option # 2 it asks for administrative password. I do not know my administrative password
If I choose to install as Administrator it installs without a hitch.
In my same desktop I have separate "Windows 11-practice" on dedicated ssd.
I can install windows 11 by just clicking on the thunderbird exe file.
What is the explanation?
