I would install the standard Windows 11 Home or Pro and then disable unnecessary services and startup applications to make it faster. Also reducing visual effects and disabling transparency also helps a lot.

And verify that stopping up services and such actually resulted in faster performance. Don't go by a seat of your pants guess. After enough service disables in the past I found that the overall system would ultimately slow down.

I only disable a few things, with a powerful enough PC it's not necessary to disable everything just for the sake of it

I think you really need to be careful with these versions, and the claims of better performance. There are also scripts you can run that claim to remove a lot of crap, but you have no real idea what these things are doing. What's worse MS spying on you or some hackers or other odd balls? Maybe try it in a VM first and then decide?

Most probably these versions contain malware or activate Windows illegally. Beware. I didn't said to disable all services, only those you hardly use. S lot of services are updaters of some application. You can safely disable them and manually update the respective application. If unsure stop a service and change it from loading automatically to manually. Do if this service is needed by a process ot can be loaded on demand and the process won't fail.

You can always test run these Light versions in a Virtual Drive like VirtualBox and give them a test ride before committing to a PC full time.

I have seen lite versions missing features I would like to use. I insist it is better to have the full version and then make it light. In Windows 10 you could go to Settings, Privacy and disable background processes (such as running Windows Update in the background). This would improve performance. Unfortunately this setting is not available in Windows 11, but can be done by command line. I don't have the code handy, you can Google it. Apart from disabling unnecessary services and startup applications, you can also disable some visual effects (transparency, fades, animation's) to improve performance.

It wouldn't have occurred to me to ask about pre-activated versions. (I think this would be pretty stupid).
Thank you for your answers so far, I already thought of all these ideas before, but none of them are just answering the simple question.
I already know different ways to debloat apps and disable many privacy settings thanks to the forum's tutorials and other few tweakers, but this is another business.
Maybe I should have written "If you have tried one of these ultra light version, what do you think of it ?"
(understand that they are really ment to be run on old machines)

No, I haven't tried these versions. I have tried the Microsoft official light versions, such as Windows for Legacy PCs (Windows XP lite) and Windows Thin PC ( Windows 7 lite). I hardly noticed any improvement in performance compared to the respective full versions, plus I didn't like the lack of some features. So I decided it's not worth it, I would rather install the full version and try to make it lighter.

You could do it yourself with NTLite which I just purchased to play with. This video got me going on it. "Watch it, it's very informative"

There are Presets for different configurations all over the net, or create your own personalized build. I'm running on GHOSTSPECTRE Windows 11 Superlite 22H2 and I'm loving it. But! Who knows... I may build a custom OS for myself. Just another option to think about.

nLite used to be free, it is now paid? I used it to slipstream Service Packs and drivers on Windows XP and later. It was the only way to install Windows XP on old Vista laptops that required disk controller drivers to detect the hard disk.

I want to install Tiny 11 on my win 11 laptop i try with tiny B2 , B2 (no sysreq) and i still got this issue that i dont have my SSD or HDD or even my USB Flashdrive so i cant install it. Do you have any tips or do you know what cause is it

I see no need for any '11-lite'. I have tried installing standard Windows 11 on some really inappropriate hardware. Works well enough after applying spapakons' suggestions.

You may have to download the storage drivers and put them in a USB flash drive. Then connect the USB, wait a few seconds to be detected and then click on the Load driver and browse to the USB drive. After you load the driver the hard disk should be detected.

What driver ? Tiny 11 ?

I mean the SATA or whatever disk controller driver for your system. If Windows Setup doesn't detect the disk, you need to load additional drivers with the "Load driver" option. These drivers are at the motherboard or computer support site, see the storage section.
