Solved Trouble streaming one or more videos

The only way to keep a video on Youtube or Plex playing flawlessly is to have just the one window open.
Sometimes I stream 2 or 3 videos, tutorials, or music videos simultaneously.
I'm not sure what happened but it used to work perfectly fine.
If I try to stream 3 videos none of them play at all, not even audio.
2 videos work against each other. One plays for 3 seconds the other stuck for 5 seconds, and they just take turns.
1 video will play just fine until I open another window to check facebook or gmail.
It will play for a few seconds, lag the video, catch up to the audio and play fine for another minute or two before tripping over itself.

I thought upgrading to Windows 11 might somehow solve this issue but it didn't.
Cleaning out Cache, Temp, and browsing history also did not fix the issue.
Firefox and Edge also have the same problem streaming.

Everything is up to date as well.

I haven't added any new wifi devices.
My internet speed always tests fine at around 350 Mbps.
I'm on the 5ghz network with a Motorola MG7550.

I figured it out... Reinstalling chipset and GPU drivers did the trick.
