Hello guys,

I want to connect my laptop with a TV, but, once connected via HDMI, the TV restarts constantly. My TV is an older Philips model - 32PFH4309/88.
When I had win 10 on this same laptop, there wasn't any issue. Also, when connecting a different laptop with Windows 10 it connects fine.

My Nvidia GPU drivers are up to date, and I've also tried with an older drivers, but same thing. I also tried setting different refresh rates for the TV, changing resolution to every possible one, but still the same. Even when a different HDMI source is selected on TV, it still restarts when the laptop is connected.

My Windows 11 version is 23H2 Pro

I have also checked the Event Viewer and I'm seeing the WHEA-Logger warning:

A corrected hardware error has occurred.

Component: PCI Express Root Port

Okay, I have found the issue. I'm using ClickMonitorDDC which is messing up the TV.
