Hello dear kitties :).
I am selling my house and changing to something smaller with 1 room apartment. Also i will buy new pc: Rtx 4090,14900K,1600W PSU.
I choosed that one. But.....
If i choose that apartment ( screens at down ) with kitchen on the same room but with new electrics ( new fuses ).

1 screen, like you see there are 2 electrical outlets on wall. Using that first from the left outlet i will plug pc.

I added arrows ( outlets ):
nnn.jpg

2.I dont know if there is electrical outlet near couch. Like you see.

pl.jpg

And i wanna using laptop connected to power cord without using battery. How to do that then, where plug power cord? I wanna lying on the couch with laptop. + PC of course near somewhere the window.

They sell plug strips with log cords... like 25 feet. So where the outlets are, isn't really a problem.

What will be a problem is the windows.

1. If the windows are behind you when sitting at the computer... you will have bad reflections on the screen.
2. Also, direct sunlight on the computer case isn't a good idea either.

A good 14 gauge extension cord you can run along the wall/floor to just about wherever you want in a place that size.

I would like to make a remark for other members, like me asking themselves where this is situated.
For that purpose I searched the net with the firest picture and found two sites.

About the same question was posted on this forum as well:

The appartment itself can be viewed here, with much better detailed photos:

I just posted the first photo in Google lens and got both sites.

Yes so which will be better apartment that first with two windows ( 2 ) or that with older fuse box. :) ?
Because an old fuse box can be replaced by a new one, I never would make a decision what apartment to buy just based on that.
Your computer or laptop will be the least problem to tackle when having such an old fuse box. Many other household devices need a lot more current than computers. A washing machine will need at least 2000 Watt, where computer power supply asks 400 - 800 Watt (just as an example). A laptop uses much less current!

I would have much more worries about the central heating device in the bathroom, not having it's own air supply. Too many accidents with carbon monoxide have happened with them all over the world! But that is totally off-topic for a computer forum...

It really is impossible to advice you about which apartment to buy. There are much more factors than just where to plug your computer!

Besides that it seems to me that this forum is not intended to give such an advice. May be you get some advice from peaople in your town / country who know the situation and quality of houses there. Family, friends or perhaps someone if whom you know he/shehas knowledge about buying houses.

Buying a house is a serious matter, will have consequences for your financial situation, sometimes a live long. Asking which apartment to buy on a computerforum just showing a few photos is not the right way to do that!

I'd just get the one that feels right and has the right atmosphere and fix anything you need later. Although new fuse boxes can be expensive. And get some long extension leads as mentioned above.

The second one looks bigger? Maybe better if you can afford a new fuse box.

Common sense tells me that if glare from windows is your only issue, use blinds or curtains. Easy Peazy. I certainly would not connect anything to those old fuses. If the fuses are that old, then so is all the wiring in that apartment. IMO That's a fire looking for a place to happen.
