Move This PC on top of my Quick Access list?

Hello, and welcome. 
A workaround would be to do this below, but this "This PC" at the top is not expandable in the navigation pane.
1) "Pin to Quick access" This PC.

2) Rearrange the folders in Quick access to have "This PC" on top. Drag and drop "This PC" under "Desktop", and then drag and drop "Desktop" under "This PC".

3) If wanted, you can remove the original "This PC" at the bottom of the navigation pane.

If pinning it doesn't suit you, possibly you would be satisfied by setting file explorer to directly open to 'This PC'

I fiddled with some of that above a while back, and decided the most facile way to get to This PC when I wanted it was to make a Desktop shortcut to This PC. Not an answer to the OP question, but may be helpful hopefully?
