What happened is as you can see in the screenshot below:
Obviously HTTPS Everywhere extension no longer exists and I don't have it installed, so how is it then possible this is shown?
This is not the first time and not only this link I see this btw.

This is the link that opens afterwards if you want to reproduce:

    …still on a horse.
I already did full scan of my PC with windows defender, no threats found.
I also clear cache and everything every few weeks.
The only browser extensions I have are CAD, uBlock, Dark reader and FoE helper

But I recall having HTTPS everywhere installed before, but I uninstalled it and it's no longer there.
any suggestions are welcome.

OK, guys, the problem was rather silly on my side,
In MS edge I make all extensions visible in top bar for easy access (next to address bar), all my extensions are show there.
However HTTPS Everywhere was not shown so I believed I uninstalled, and there was also no option to show it,
but when I went to Extensions -> Manage extensions the HTTPS everywhere was there, installed and enabled

I appreciate all the help!

That’s what I thought. Nothing I read anyware suggested that this extension still worked after being removed. In fact as it’s been dismantled, I am surprised you were seeing that message at all.
Glad you’ve sorted it 🙏
