Solved msconfig boot section is blank after re-creating boot partition

Hi everyone
I am 2000's guy back from ME and XP era when there was no need to understand such terms as MBR, UEFI, etc, just saying that I don't know what all that stuff is about and how it correlates to each other, all I know that there should be so-called boot partition, so my problem is:
I have two physical NVMe, #0 and #1. Originally I installed Win 10 onto #0 and then Win 11 onto #1. After that I erased #0 completely so #0 became whole unallocated. Then I had to re-create boot partition on disk #1, followed random diskpart tutorial and it worked, Win 11 is loading without a problem. The only thing that confused me after that tutorial was I had 100mb partition with EFI folder showing up in "This PC" folder, I hid it by removing drive's letter.

After that I tried to encrypt #1 with bitlocker and got an error saying "requested system device cannot be found", google suggested that it is related to boot partition somehow. Checked msconfig boot section and it is empty now, cannot hit any button there.

Googled for a solution, found out that missing boot configuration can relate to different issues which confused me even more since I don't understand what are UEFI, MBR, GPT etc. Tried "Startup Repair" with Win 11 USB, didn't work at all. Tried bootrec solution using the same Win 11 USB with rebuildbcd, fixmbr and fixboot prompts, didn't help either. Was getting error after rebuildbcd command.

Any help?

Hey!
I want disk 0 as a a storage drive and disk 1 to be healthy enough to apply bitlocker to it. I can't tell what is "healthy" in this context, from my perspective boot thing is not configured correctly, but Windows is able to start up. It is not what I can explain cuz I don't have enough knowledge

You need to set the correct id for the 100mb partition. C12A7328-F81F-11D2-BA4B-00A0C93EC93B

Can be done with diskgenius free .
Rt click the 100mb and select Modify partition parameters.
Select EFI system partition in the dropdown and it will automatically set the ID.
Then Click OK.
Then click Save ALL at top rt.

After these manipulations and followed up PC restart I have Windows 11 record in msconfig>boot. Thank you so much. Not sure if zbook's suggestions made it work too but anyway really appreciate your time guys.

For everyone else who has same issue with bitlocker while trying to encrypt OS partition, after having boot thing fixed, I got new error from bitlocker which said "the system cannot find the file specified" instead the old one which was "the requested system device cannot be found" and was related to the boot partition thing. this one "the system cannot find the file specified" I fixed easily by removing ReAgent.xml 2KB file from here: C:\Windows\System32\Recovery\
followed up with

manage-bde -on c: -rp

command, rebooted PC and now my bitlocker working encrypting C drive right now!

Definately decrypt the machine before running repairs

In admin cmd prompt:

Batch:

manage-bde c: -off

To check decryption status(repeat as necessary):

Batch:

manage-bde c: -status

You only get one WinRe with your system, if you delete it, it’s gone. When changing partitions or before cloning into new hardware you should always reagentc /disable beforehand to preserve your RE image (it will move back into System32\Recovery on the windows partiton)

Doing the repair install as suggested may resolve the issue
