Hello!
This is probably not a bug, but I wanted to post anyway to help me confirm it is not and to help others having the same strange behavior not to worry. I have a hybrid tablet/laptop Fujitsu Stylistic Q702 running Windows 11 23H2. When I switch it on and see the desktop, I can see from the network icon that it has already connected to the Wi-Fi, but when I try to access a shared folded on my main PC (see 2nd system specs) I get the message "connection error" or something. At first I assumed that maybe one of the computers has the network connection somehow switched to public after installing several updates. However both computers have the network connection set to Private, so this is not the issue. I was about to check the access rights and security settings when another attempt accessed the shared folder normally without any error message. This means that the access rights and the security settings are OK in both PCs. A little experimenting later revealed that this strange behavior only occurs while Windows is still loading. If I give it enough time to finish loading all startup applications, then I can access the shared folder without any error. So anyone experiencing the same strange behavior, don't worry, it is not a bug, I guess Windows has to configure some settings while loading and I cannot access the shared folder until these settings are complete. Any other guess?
