Hey all. Newbie to the forums. We had a power outage this morning & my computer was constantly rebooting once in Windows. Not my first power outage so I reset the BIOS settings to default, then reconfigured them. Everything was working grand, but now I'm getting the freeze & reboot. It might be related to uploading something from my NVME dock to my NAS, or it may just be coincidence. Help?

& thanks in advance.

1) Run: Tuneup plus > post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

2) Turn off Windows fast startup:

3) Create a new restore point:

4) Uninstall ESET using the applicable uninstall tool

5) Make sure Microsoft defender is on

6) Uninstall Acronis

7) Uninstall EaseUS

8) Monitor the computer for three days using Reliability Monitor:

9) If there are no new BSOD or unexpected shutdowns and restarts for three days then reinstall Acronis

10 ) If there are no new BSOD or unexpected shutdowns and restarts for another one to two days then reinstall EaseUS

11) If there are no new BSOD or unexpected shutdowns and restarts for a week then reinstall ESET or continue using Microsoft defender

12) The reinstall delay is to make monitoring easier for unexpected shutdowns and restarts and hangs and freezes.

If absolutely necessary the software can be reinstalled sooner.

13) If there are hangs or freezes or BSOD or unexpected shutdowns and restarts then post a new V2 share link into the newest post
